              HOLI HAS COME

HOLI has come with gift of hues 

Of hope and happiness,

Of love and kindness,

Of truth and togetherness...
Let her come in,
Let her spray the sprinkles of
'Sanjivani'

On our parched up skin

That shelters our captive self 

Solitary within. 
Let her each drop, each flow
Of chromatic waves 
Unite the divided souls 
Of the human race;
With smiles laced on our lips,
With pours of pieteousness,

Let's greet this harbinger of peace
And leveller of humanity in;
Let her spread all over
Her brilliant rainbows of pleasure...
