A hut is made of mud walls
And thatches,
But for a poor man, is none
Than a palace.

A nest is made of twigs, leaves

And grasses,

But for each bird, is none 

Than a palace.

A hive is made of straws

And wax scales,

But for honeybees, is none

Than a palace.

A web is made of threads 

Of spinnerets,

But for a spider, is none

Than a palace...

Ants, mice, doves, eagles,

Snails or squirrels;

The home for each  is none

Than a palace.
